I LOVE selling mobile/manufactured homes!! For the most part they provide us with affordable living in a great area! Mobile/manufactured homes found me when I became a Realtor. I became a Realtor about ten years ago after being a teacher and business woman. I have a BA and Teaching Credential from Dominican University and have been involved in a family owned business for about 25 years. While I was at Sonoma State University, I developed and taught in the Attorney Assistant Certificate Program. Teaching law has helped me today in my Real Estate Career. The family business that I have been an intricate part of and continue to be a part of today helps me with the business aspect of real estate. I think to be a good Realtor one needs to be a composite of a few things. One needs to understand the legal ramifications of transactions, the business part applying what is a good deal and what isn't, the communication skills with all parties concerned, and just plain connecting and listening to people. Once I have a clear understanding of what Buyers and Sellers want, I can go forward easily representing their best interests. Feel free to call me when you have a question.
