Park Approval Rules

 

In Sonoma County, the general rule is that the applicant needs to have 3 times the space rent for gross monthly income. So if you have space rent of $500. you need to have gross monthly income of $1500.  The Park will take into account any savings or retirement accounts you have. The Park Manager will also pull your Credit Report. You will need to have a good credit score, not perfect, but good, at least above 600. You will need to get the park application and then return with the application completed, usually about 25.00 for the credit report, and then do an interview. Some parks take a few days to give you the approval and some will take up to 15 days. It depends on their system.
